You will lead and coach the team, currently consisting of 12 engineers. As soon as MediMapp is ready for scaling up big time, it’s your chance to grow the (internal) team.

Your technical knowledge and experience will help us define and implement the processes to bring the platform to the cloud (Azure).

A part of the development is outsourced, you’ll also coordinate the remote team. Occasionally, you will be in touch with our clients (such as hospitals and other healthcare institutions) about technical matters.

Within Soulve Innovations, you will work closely with the Technical Advisor, our CEO Vincent Schot and our COO. You will become part of Soulve’s Leadership Team.


You know how to motivate your people to outgrow and outperform themselves. While you care for their wellbeing, both on and off the court, you make sure the team is well configured. With your keen eye for talent, you know what it takes to add and blend the right people.

You have at least 3 years of experience as a tech lead within an Agile scrum environment. Since you will work with bright masterminds, it’s most likely you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering.

Apart from being a real people manager, you also own it, working on a technical level. “Leading by example” requires you to roll up your sleeves and get dirty sometimes, together with your team. Azure is the technical requirement we request. The team works with the .NET-version (Core) and React, with state-of-the-art tooling.
