Patchmanager B.V. is a boutique software company (18 fte) currently experiencing rapid (worldwide) growth in demand for our high-quality software application for Cable and Asset Management. Our HQ is in Amsterdam with sales partners all over the globe. Our customer base includes many internationally renowned customers (you will be impressed!).
Function
For growth reasons, Patchmanager is on the lookout for a communicative Technical Consultant. Your main responsibility would be to help customers successfully implement the industry-leading PATCH MANAGER software solution.
Most of your work would be done remotely, but on occasion, you would travel internationally for onsite consultancy, training, and demos. Once the software is operational you will remain closely involved with the customer account You will interact with customer representatives from the work floor up through to (senior) management.
Requirements
As a Technical Consultant, you are educated to a degree level in a technical subject or exact science. With 0 to 3 years of professional experience, you have a natural affinity for IT hardware or software and possess a strong customer focus.
Essential skills:
• Problem-solving capabilities;
• Strongly analytical skills;
• You can plan and organize your tasks;
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
